This week one of my colleagues debunked a Myth that I think you all believed to be true. Namely if you add a calculated field to a list then you can only copy its contents if you select the entire list and ctrl+c, ctrl+v to Excel. If you use Print & Send > Excel then Navision will only export the real fields and flowfields.
Now my colleague got a complaint from the customer that some employees were able to export to Excel with the calculated fields.
To keep a long story short my colleague eventually discovered why: the Microsoft Navision Excel-Addin!
If you install this addin during the Navision client setup you are not able to export Custom fields.
